I split to go upstate to Gavin and Katie's for Halloween weekend with Anton, Tom, Eliza. Brookes and Brooke.
I must say, it was quintessential autumn all around.

We stopped a lot to absorb what was happening around us. AND it was Brookes birthday!
Anton lived in a tent outside New Paltz for 3 months in 2001 and had a painting studio in this barn
Tom and Gavin rock climb and man-out on these cliffs. They're called the Shawnagunks

New Paltz, then into my hands and NOW is forever on the world wide information superhighway
We made it back to Gavin and Katie's by dusk and heard a distant roar from over the hill behind
their barn. I felt like I won the lotto when Anton told us the Accord Speedway was through those woods
We hiked through the woods back over the hill before it got pitch black out
